Q:Do you accept credit cards ?
A: Yes, Visa and Master Card.

Q:How long does it take for my order to ship ?
A: Under normal circumstances if your order is placed before 3pm it will ship the same day. Since prime retail selling time is on the weekend we do occasionally prioritize the shipping schedule to make sure everybody receives their goods for Friday.

Q:Do you offer free freight ?
A: No, but we have negotiated high volume rates with several couriers. Our rates are passed on to you so that freight costs are generally less than 5%.

Q:Is there a minimum order ?
A:No, but there is a special handling fee on any order under $100.00

Q:How do I place an order ?
A:Current customers can order by phone, fax, email or via this web site.

Q:I need to return something to Lion Rampant, what is the procedure ?
A:Since we distribute for over 100 publishers it is difficult to have one policy. Please call your sales representative for complete instructions. Here are some general guidelines, all returns must be pre-authorized. All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Q:I do not see the prices, what's going on ?
A:The cost of a product only appears when you are logged into your account. You can do so over here.
